The high spin rate is defiantly caused by your driver shaft combo, just got to play around until you find a setup that is optimized for your swing.

I’d be very interested to see a future post on how Trackman is affecting your process. What are you and your team working on based on the data? And has Trackman affected practice time vs. on course time? Not that you’re looking for a bunch of Monday Morning QBs, but I have no idea the context in which you are taking the swings you post – i.e., what you are working on both generally and on a specific swing. That makes it hard for us observers to make sense of the data and the progression.

You do have a great spin rate. I always hit with way too much spin, even when I hit up on the ball and catch it in the middle of the club face, so I have to think that it’s the driver/shaft that’s producing that. You got some great spin. Right now I am hitting the TaylorMade RBZ 10.5 Pro head with a Rül 60 gram shaft. What are you hitting?
