awareness to make change

the pushups is an interesting one..............could the consequence actually be better if it was doing putting practice for 30mins ?

or visualisation of putting how you want to putt for 30mins ?

I think there are 3 core areas of change

Awareness
Imagination
Will

Dan you are applying all 3 very well in my opinion

the question is why do some of us love change and why do some of us hate change?

Enjoying your journey to golf stardom Dan.

Agree with Todd, pushups a little extreme. Sit-ups would probably be beneficial given it is an important core strength exercise. Ask Gary Player - the king of golf fitness.

I agree with you Dan, ok not the 200 pushups that is extreme, but marking down the number of times you do a negative action does make you more aware of that action to a point where you do something about it. One has to be careful not to over react or cause other negative actions though. Zen Golf is a good read but I found I needed to concentrate on one positive change at a time.
