I’m starting to play some more local tourneys this weekend. Am playing in the Portland City Championship this Saturday and Sunday and then will play in the Oregon Mid-Am in September and a couple charity events in between. The mental part? One day at a time. Right now I have to count any time that a playing partner could possibly tell that i am either getting deflated or I have an outburst. This has brought those instances down to zero since I started counting.

1) When will you start playing in more local amateur tournaments and learning how you play under more high pressure situation?

2) How are you dealing with the mental part of the game? A separate mental coach or are you just reading a ton of Rotella books?
