Love following your progress. I’m on a similar path as you, although considerably less structured with more “self teaching” and studying than yours.

How did you do the trackman combine? Did they just come to your course?

I have read the Pelz putting bible, but have not yet checked out his short game one. It is on a very short reading list of mine right now. Have you checked out Zen Golf by Joe Parent?

I’m very excited about the machine.

I wonder what golf books you have read to supplement your training. I do recommend Dave Pelz’s Short Game Bible and Putting BIble as they are very detailed. You can find them on Amazon, and (illegal) pdf’s are available as free downloads online.

Hi Dan,

You ask how to get 100 points:
Scoring are based on length to target divided by distance to pin. So the farther away the target is, the larger the scoring zone will be. 100 points are rewarded if you’re inside 1.3% of the target distance.

So if the target is 100 yards away, you’ll be awarded 100 points if you hit it inside 1.3 yards (~4 feet).

For drives it’s a bit more complicated as you get rewarded for distance + accuracy. Hit it straight and you would have gotten a much better score – just like on the course
