The reason why I ask is because at the very top of your backswing the club head position does not look like it is square and pointing at the target. This might make it very inconsistent to return the club face back to square at impact. I noticed it on both your irons and driver and it appear you might be compensating with your hands..thus the inconsistent draws on your shots.
