Yeah, 80 percent is the golden number. It’s what I stopped doing later in the tournament round that got me into trouble. I need to remember to play nice and easy..

Dan even Tiger has bad days with the driver but remember that a smooth 80% swing works.

Way to stick with it. If you were shooting for the vanity HCP, I’m sure you would’ve left the driver in the bag and started hitting 3W off the tee. Takes a lot of intestinal fortitude to keep hitting the driver when its not going where you want it to, but it gave you great practice in a lot of areas – physical and mental.

Just have to remember to leave it in the bag come tournament time if its not working.
