Just checked that book out and it looks promising.  From what I see to date, tempo is probably the most important aspect of the swing (once you have solid mechanics at least..)

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve never really been a golfer, so I can&#039;t help you on the tempo; but I am a big goal setter and it is really cool to see you looking over old posts and using where you were to gauge where you are and where you should go. 

It&#039;s good to see progression and to catch things you might chronically struggle at (like tempo).
