Have you ever considered following the popular HIIT concept instead of your 45 min cardio? 
With as little as 5 min, you should be able to benefit in terms of better cardiovascular capacity and fitness level.
At least it could be a substitute on days where you might feel that your body needs more recovery, or if your running low on time ect.
Do you happen to have a catalogue of some kind, where some of the drills for your exercise program is visualized? I would love to implement some of the drills in my winter workout, as I&#039;m searching for that extra inch, or in fact couple of inches.
