a little visual evidence.
It was the five-months anniversary of The Dan Plan two days ago and I recorded this little clip to see how my posture was in my new swing. After watching it, I was a bit surprised to see how I’ve started to actually look like a golfer out there. Not sure why that is surprising to me, but I guess it was one of those realizations in life. If you would like to see it, please click on: VIDEO (it’s on The Dan Plan’s facebook page)
I’m excited about the transformation and also excited about what will be happening after another five months pass. I still honestly enjoy every day out there and even if that excitement doesn’t last forever, I’m pretty sure I have found my calling in life (For at least 10,000 hours of my life, that is.).
A couple of friends of mine from Atlanta stopped by for the evening yesterday. They are two of the most talented photographers I have had the privilege of meeting over the years and this morning we went out for a quick photoshoot for The Plan. Not sure how the images turned out (they have to do post-production on them when they return to Georgia) but I am super glad to have had them out here! They run a photo cooperative called Luceo Images, which can be found at: http://luceoimages.com/ So, a big thank you in advance for the images, David and Kendrick!
On a completely different side of the cake, I decided to take a break from my cognitive training. It’s a long story, but I was just not getting out of it what I had hoped and with the busy schedule I have right now figured it would be good to lighten the load and maintain my sanity for as long as possible. More news on that to come soon.
I not going to be able to meet with Christopher Smith this week either because he is going to Montana on Sunday, but I have a feeling he will be out at Pumpkin Ridge tomorrow so might just make an impromptu appearance and see if I can get a last-minute lesson in. For now, it’s off to bed after ending what was an amazing week of training!
