Three and out.

With bunkers looking like this, I think it's about time that I can hang up the sunscreen for the next nine months of Oregon winter..
Looks like the summer flew by. Not sure I really got a good look at is this year, after such a wet June (the rainiest in Oregon’s recorded history according to the weather channel.) an early and rainy fall is not exactly appreciated.
As for today, it was a three and out kinda morning, meaning I got in three hours of training before an incredible sense of tiredness creeped in and it made much more sense to leave rather than practicing at a 30% capacity. I did, however, make it for a nice hour long workout which kind of woke me up, but there are just some days where nothing can really get the brain cooking. I wish I knew what it was that caused my energy level to flounder at times, or at least had a sign that it was coming. well, actually, I do have one sign. This morning when I woke up I felt like I could have slept for ten more hours. Not sure why, because I did sleep for about 8 hours, but it was one of those mornings where it was very hard to get out of bed. I figured that a cup of coffee would snap me out of the sleep spell, but after a few cups I still felt mentally and physically drained. Long story short, not sure why, but three hours was by far the most I could concentrate on the greens today. I’m going to try and rest for a bit now and see if my energy level and concentration amps up, but there are just some days where it’s impossible to perform at 100%.
